Returns and Exchanges Policy
We do not accept returns or issue refunds. We only offer exchanges.
Exchange window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.
Exchange eligibility
Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to request an exchange
Email us at projectnoirco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label. You are responsible for the return shipping cost (we will send the label and the cost will be paid out of pocket by you).
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damages, defects, or wrong item
All shirts are double checked before shipping. If your item arrives defective, damaged, stained, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo proof (and packaging photos if applicable). If verified, we will offer an exchange. No refunds.
Non-refundable items
All items are final sale. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
